Gary Olivier | Director
TSM was started in 2015 by Gary Olivier.
Gary completed his apprenticeship as a fitter and turner in 1986. He has over 35 year’s experience and has worked in a wide range of industries throughout his career. He started working as a sole trader in 2005 and has grown the business to now employing over 20 tradespeople including fitters and turners, boilermakers, trade assistants and apprentices as well as utilising a pool of highly skilled sub contractors when necessary.

All TSM tradespeople have undergone extensive training and certification including confined space, working at heights, dogging and rigging, white card.
We have a fleet of fully equipped service vehicles with a comprehensive range of tools and spare parts on board to ensure we are fully equipped to provide an efficient competent level of service to all our clients.
TSM is a small business that believes in working with our customers to trouble shoot and offer solutions that provide good value for money.
We pride ourselves on our “can do” approach and in responding promptly to the needs of our customers.
