Maintenance & Servicing

An integral part of TSM Engineering’s business has been to offer our clients a wide range of maintenance services. We have a milling machine, lathes, bandsaws and a drill press in our workshop enabling our tradespeople to effectively repair and machine parts.

At TSM we pride ourselves on offering good value for money solutions to all our clients’ maintenance and servicing requirements.
  • Regular scheduled services of plant equipment Preventative maintenance
  • A 24 hour, 7 days a week breakdown, emergency service to minimise clients downtime.
  • Shut downs regular or one off
  • As a registered labour hire provider we can also offer tradespeople (fitters and turners, boilermakers, trade assistants) depending on your requirements to cover shifts short or long term.

Fabrication

Our trade qualified, experienced boilermakers have the relevant skills and experience to fabricate and weld to client’s specifications and drawings.

We offer boiler making services both on site and in house. We have a fully equipped workshop with AC and DC welders and a plasma cutter which enables our boilermakers to fabricate and weld all jobs big and small with ease. 

Projects

All projects are managed and overseen by Gary Olivier from initial consultation to commissioning. Gary has extensive experience and knowledge in this field. TSM will work with the client to ensure that the project is completed to budget and client specifications. We do this by using a "hands on" project management approach from concept to commissioning. We work with engineers and drawing staff to ensure all structural work meets Australian compliance standards.
